Meet The South Jordan Team

Matthew is the CEO & Owner of 1st American Plumbing, Heating, & Air. He is a master plumber and HVAC technician. He’s been in the business since 1995. At age 25 he became the youngest plumbing service manager in his nationally-known company. Matthew is married to his gorgeous wife Kristy. They have 10 children and one grandchild. Matthew and his family live in Herriman. Matthew loves traveling, having adventurous experience, spending time outdoors, going on dates with his wife, and having nerf battles with the kids. Matthew’s burning desire is to make a positive difference. He is the owner of Gracie (Shitzu Poodle mix), Amelia & Clifford (dane/mastiff mix).

Nichole is the office manager, dispatcher and handles accounts payable. Nichole was born and raised in Utah. She has 2 boys and 2 dogs that keep her busy. In her free time Nichole enjoys exploring ghost towns, camping, 4-wheeling, horseback riding and bowling.

Jon is a master plumber, HVAC technician, boiler technician, and has 10 years of electrical experience. Jon has 24 years of plumbing experience but has also worked as a restaurant manager, business partner, and construction superintendent. Jon has been married for 27 years and has 7 kids. Jon is the owner of Toby (chocolate lab), Westin (Golden Doodle), and Marty (Green Cheeked Conure). Jon’s hobbies include soccer, shooting, and travelling. He is a proud REAL Salt Lake season ticket holder. Jon’s keys to success include perseverance, attention to detail, and taking care of the customer.

Brady has completed 4 years of Plumbing School. He has been plumbing for 7 years and worked in construction prior to that. Before working in the home services industry, he was the lawn and garden manager at IFA for 5 years. He was also in the Marine Corps for 4 years. Brady is married with 4 children and lives in Herriman.
