Air Conditioning Repair
Your home should be a sanctuary from the weather. Before the heat of summer arrives you want to make sure that your air conditioning unit is functioning properly and running effectively.
Keeping your air conditioner properly maintained will keep your home at a comfortable temperature and humidity. It may also save you money each month on your utility bill.
How Does Air Conditioning Work?
An air conditioner is actually similar to a fridge. It includes many of the same components but it doesn’t include an insulated box. These components include a condenser coil, an evaporator coil, a fan, a compressor and refrigerant among others.
The air conditioner removes warm air from your home, leaving cooler air indoors that can be recirculated around your home. The cycle of removing warm air and replacing it with cooler air continues until your thermostat reaches its set temperature. Cool air is transported throughout the home using either ductwork and vents or ductless mini split.
